"Pete"

Ten years ago Bruce and Audrey Coleman’s stud dog, Trifectas Repeat Performance UD MH WCX *** OS VCX CCA CGC Can CD was bred to Adirondac Warrior Princess CD SH WCX VC CCA CanWC TDI and one of the female puppies went to live with Nancy Light in Washington State. This pup became known as Tiki, OTCH MACH UH HRCH U-UD RO3 Adirondac Koura Tiki UDX3 PUTD OM4 BN GN GO VER RE TDX MH MHU MXS MJB XF WCX OBHF VCX CCA Can UD MH TDX WCX (http:www.k9data.com/pedigree.asp?ID=320145) . Tiki possesses high level titles in obedience, agility, field, and tracking and is a sweet girl to boot. She is the second Golden Retriever to earn the AKC Master Hunter Upland title. Although they lived on opposite sides of the country, Audrey became friends with Nancy via Skype and learned they had common interests besides dogs. When Nancy decided to breed Tiki
to Stanley, FC AFC OTCH FTCH AFTCH Can MOTCH TNT's Stanley Steamer UDX WCX Can MH OBHF FDHF OS (http:www.k9data.com/pedigree.asp?ID=75137), Bruce and Audrey knew they must have a pup.

Audrey started Pete’s field training while Bruce taught him obedience. Because Audrey was having serious back problems Pete went off to train with Rick and Bev Millheim of Renegade Retrievers when he was 15 months old. Pete ran both hunt tests and field trials and earned his Senior Hunter title, his Hunting Retriever title in the UKC program and also became Qualified All Age by placing first in the Central New York Retriever Club trial Qualifying stake while training with Rick and Bev.
Pete is now home and concentrating seriously on obedience. At least as serious as Pete can be. He is a funny boy and makes one smile with his oversize personality. Pete loves everybody and the feeling is reciprocal. He is a deep red color and extremely handsome. He earned passing scores in the CCA at the 2015 Golden Retriever National Specialty and this attests to his proper structure and temperament.

Pete in beginner novice this weekend at Albany DTC. On Sunday he earned a 198, winning the class and drawing complements from the judge
Audrey plans to run Pete in Master tests if she can rip him away from Bruce and obedience competition.
